Who Am I!

Hey there, I’m Amy—the baker, decorator, and cookie-loving gal behind Amycakes Cookies! I run my little home-based bakery right in the heart of downtown Romeo, MI, where sugar, sprinkles, and smiles are always on the menu.

I’ve been obsessed with baking for as long as I can remember, and in 2021 I traded “just for fun” batches for full-time cookie magic. Now I whip up cookies for literally every occasion—birthdays, bachelorette bashes, bridal showers, baby showers, baptisms, weddings, housewarmings, gender reveals… you name it, I’ll cookie it! Because let’s be real: every party deserves a platter that looks as good as it tastes.

Sure, my cookies may look almost too pretty to eat, but trust me—your taste buds will thank you for digging in. My vanilla bean sugar cookies are baked from scratch with the best ingredients, topped with smooth vanilla royal icing, and kissed with a tiny splash of fresh lemon juice for that chef’s-kiss finish (don’t love lemon? Request your custom order without it!). Every batch is made to order with lots of love (and maybe a little dancing in the kitchen).
